Referral System! - Some help?

Does anyone know if referral system is having problems/ not being updated?

Since EUW was down my referral page hasn't updated. I ordered referrals and only the first few are showing up, I'm told they are all done, yet they just won't show up for like 4 days..

Site says 72 hours, which is 3 days, so am I being scammed or I reckon something is wrong..?

It sucks, cause he has already finished them for awhile, and I wanted to buy BC urgot and now I can't >.>

Hope they show up this weekend, or I'll miss out Hyena WW..
