Referral System! - Some help?

Does anyone know if referral system is having problems/ not being updated?

Since EUW was down my referral page hasn't updated. I ordered referrals and only the first few are showing up, I'm told they are all done, yet they just won't show up for like 4 days..

Site says 72 hours, which is 3 days, so am I being scammed or I reckon something is wrong..?

I have the same problem i think. Ref accounts are all level 1 and dont have sum. name. And there is no rewards. What is this problem ?

I wouldn't be surprised if it was because of the server switch.

To be sure, I'd ask for someone who sells referrals.
