Look at the file.
Take note of how large the item is.
Position 0:0 is the top left of the shop.
Make sure no other items go over the same blocks that item would.

Open the file, search for the item index. "40550"
Check if its position is legit.

Also, I just feel the need to say it. If you mixed server-files together never... do that...
Start clean and add stuff yourself so that then you know whats there and what isn't.

Refer back to the error. It's saying the item index is invalid, so search your items for that index.

If the index isn't loading a item, then the stop will just say invalid position cuz there no item to place etc etc it just implodes.

But if the item is legit, think of how big it is in invent, then arrange rest of the shopset accordingly.
