Leveler Bot

Hi All,
I'm looking for a leveler bot in order to create level 30 accounts.
I'm NOT looking to farm RP/IP by spamming multiple accounts.
I'm actually looking to create one or two accounts a month in order to test new champions/builds in secret.

I'm happy to buy this script/software.

Can anyone recommend anything?
