Well, I would play some matches on your account to lose you some elo. Try a few champs or something , you know. I wouldn't write anything in chat (unless you want it) , so you shouldn't get any ban.
I know my TBM is low but , well, I'm not going to steal or do anything to your account. ( "ALL OF YOU SAY THAT AND THEN JUST TAKE THE ACCOUNTS!!!!" If so , you can easily recover the account since you are the owner and know the information you need :) )
