Cheatnegine for the looks

Hello everyone,

New Bobblehead lab suggests that we can edit client to make visuals different to ourselves while they remain normal to other people.

This suggests that I can for example use Cheat Engine or similar software to edit my weapon and make it look like -only for me- a legendary weapon for example.

Can someone tell me where to start looking for the values of my current weapons and would Cheat Engine be enough for it?
