This isn't a service that we are offering here.
These forums are to help and guide people, not spoon feed you until you get a bug free source (goodluck with that).

I strongly suggest you learn to program and then play around with a source and understand the concepts behind it.
It will certainly get you far more than will posting a daily bug thread.

I see you modified your original question. In that case, I would advise that you look over how the source handles NPCs. There should be a file or group of files in the database (if I know that source well enough) sorted by NPC id. They're python scripts. If you edit the files in a text editor, you should be able to figure out how to create new ones. To answer your question, it is a bit tricky, yes. You really do need to read the engine and see what commands you have available to write scripts with, and you need to know very basic python (again, if I recall that source correctly).
