guy is attempting to scam people. I went first and tried family/friends but it come up with this:
"We're sorry. We're not able to complete personal payments to account holders in Argentina at this time."

went to do it as goods, and then he removed me from skype so i cancelled the payment before it could be claimed.

probably should have used the request a trade option.
