Mods defending scammers?

On the black market there are multiple threads with confirmed scammers(i.e. people stealing money) and I and others have got refractions for calling them out with mod messages telling us to leave feedback on his profile or post in the complaint area both of which I can't do.

So are mods defending scammers now despite multiple complaints about them in the same thread? Or is there something in ToS about people not being able to call people out for scamming in the forums? because there are no other means for regular users to say anything, and if people don't know they will continually be able to keep scamming for money.

Did you right now just discover a conspiracy!?

You don't accept external sources so exactly how do you expect scammers to get dealt with when you can't call them out on the site or use external sources like a paypal dispute or skype log?

If you don't want to use our trading tips, thats fine then there is no support from us
If you don't want to read our rules, yea then you will get a warning/infraction (in the trading area ARE ONLY TRADING TOPICS ALLOWED, nothing else)
so blame the skype support and next time:
- use our trading system (Request a Trade or Elite*gold)
- use private messages via elitepvpers
if you want to get a scammer banned from us

skype chats are easy editable

You are registered here for more than 6 years and you still don't know, that the elitepvpers pm system is the most secure method to trade? Just create a thread in the corresponding section and post all evidence you have got. You'll be told if they are being accepted or not.
