Need help with archer spike skill setup

As title says any good archer player who know the skill spike setup I would appreciate if you could tell me or PM me. By spike I mean where certain skills have a delay when being casted, 4-5 combined and all the damage hits at the same time.

Helpless + heavy +one/two other skills with 2 okeros (dont matter which, but preferably intels), lens + combi + title => opponent without protection :D
