Witch champion is better?

Witch champion is better? Braum or Vel'koz ?

Depends which role you like more, Midlane/APC or Support/Tank.

Vel'Koz is a pretty weak midlaner and not that strong (no mobility) while Braum is a strong support (there are some strong supports like Morgana, Karma, Thresh, Leona) with good cc and great peeling.

braum is good in this meta but it is hard to carry with him

I guess Vel'koz is just as viable as Braum.
Braum got a little more cc, Vel'Koz got more damage.
Also Vel'Koz is more of a Poke Lane support and Braum is more of a defensive or all in support.

Braum is OP. You should only pick Vel'Koz if you got a full AD team.

Thats not true. Vel' does a lot of damage and is able to overfarm his enemy (if you know how to).
But i have to agree with the fact, that Vel' has less mobility and survivability than other Champions. - But thats why u should go with Flash + Heal with Velkoz just using them for surviving and never for a safe enemy kill... .
Even Braum is a nice champ, too. He is able to safe your ally and got lot of CC-Abilities, which makes him a great support.
However it depends what you prefer more to play and how good you are with those champs. If you are not able to play with difficult champions i would advise you to buy Braum, which is easier to play.

Vel isn't able to do his damage because he have a "weak" set and in the meta there are lots of assasins with high mobility to dodge his skills f.e. (Zed,yasuo)

Both of them have their advantages and disadvantages.
To carry games a midlanes always would be better.

Vel'Koz sucks in the actual meta. You have to hit every of your skills (combo) to deal good dmg, but its so easy to dodge his shit. Braum has the highest win/pick rate and is an amazing strong Champ in my opinion.

Velkoz is good but difficult to play and braum is more easy...

Braum is strong but will prob be nerfed pretty fast, and velkoz when played right is also very strong.

As Support i would prefer braum, vel koz is an ap Carry, somit Depends on the role You Wanna play
