[Request]Converting from DDS to PNG or BMP and vice versa

I need a good program that converts DDS to PNG or BMP and vice versa cuz last time i used "Easy2Convert" the images looked like this:

use paint.net edit the image and save as ..

I just figured out that Pain.NET can Save as DDS :D
