Looking for a Private server!

Hello there! I've been searching ALOT for a nice private server, i've only found ~3 good and all closed (Shaiya Spirit, Shaiya Ultimate, World of Shaiya) and im having a REAL hard time finding one thats good, no pay2win etc.
If anyone please could post some servers that match my requirements that would be good!

Requirements:
Prefers max lv 70
No pay2win
A bit farming not too much.
Balanced PvP
English Speaking Server
Reasonable PvP Rewards
Decent amount of people playing on the server
Friendly staff and players
