Police!

Okey so today im going to police, last day i have been scammed (250€) for a guy that i have his ip some photos of him, i know all of him. I want to know how much time will take to get my account back, and i know that this isnt correct to post here, but how many years can he get if they catch him?

I tried to say him the effects of going to police but blocked me! so he will pay !

The police WILL do something.
Don't care about what other people say. They totally WILL!
But don't give the police his IP!
They'll get the IP from ePVP. If you give them his IP you'll get worse too!

Nono, i have talked with him, i told him i have his ip photos... And he said me, no u only have my ip... :)

I can too ask moderators to get his IP on epvp.

You won't get the acc back. Only a police complaint will be created.
For that they will contact BP and after the case is closed they will ban the acc for trading, which is against the AGBs.

But the scammer will get problems with the police and normally have to pay a compensation because you lost the acc.
It also depends on your/his country. I'm living in germany so I only know the german law.


Btw. mods don't have access to the IPs of users. Also you won't get the IP from anyone. Only the police can request the IP of someone.

First of all,even if he scammed you,you broke the BigPoint Policy by trading an account,and you do it at your own risk.
So for the police will contact BigPoint because that's the company you have the account on,and they will tell you that they aren't responsable of your loss since you risked it by breaking their rules.So:

1)Say bye-bye to account because they will be noticed that you sold your account which is illegal by their policy.

2)Say bye-bye to the money because it was your fault to break the rules.

You aren't from Korea to sell an account legally through bank.So next time,think twice before acting,also if you got scammed and cry,what other people that you scammed them say?You should be in jail for already 5 months or so :P

The police/admins will bann the acc, because you sell this acc. And this is forbidden.

Actually if we take it by logick it wasn't his account,it was bigpoint's account,so if they want they can ban you or delete your account and you have no right to do anything even if you paid 100k euro on it,because yea,it's their company and they will say it was a sistem threat.

So in any case,if you get scammed on a BigPoint game,say bb to your acc/money xD

The scammer still broke the law but Ibax didn't. So he can create a police complaint.

It's true, BP give a shit about their users but they still need to help the police to solve the case.

Ibax can only do something for the money that he lost, the account will be banned only if he have the ID, email registration, 1st nickname, payment proofs and other things that prove he was the owner.
Btw if he got scammed by psc he won't get anything back even if he got scammed through paypal, it's hard to get something back, he can only find him and meet him...

Someone shared my IP, my username ++ info cause i was one of the best in the game, they DDods me, and i spoke to the police, they didnt doo anything, so they wont help u :P

If you got scammed, I highly suggest you make a complaint to your local police station, they will take further action.
