Hi there, its EvoLoL. We are planning offering a new business branch, but first we want to ask to the community.

The main point is, would you like fresh Platinum accounts? A fresh Platinum account is a fresh unranked boosted to Platinum, so it'll be S1-S3 unranked and S4 Platinum V.
