there was a problem with the game...now it works..not with the custom client

I think your rules are not proper set with fiddler...pay a close attention to the second rule,see if is ok,if you have all path and all sign ( \ )

i had same problem like in the pic...for 5 min or 10...last night..but after that worked again and i didnt do nothing! just f5
