Question about buying referrals

I got a few question about buying referrals,
If i send mistery gift, skins, etc can i get banned?
Should I wait 2 weeks after i get referrals in my account to send anything?

I would wait some weeks to see if your account might get banned you got the referals on. As far as I know, gifts would be withdrawn if he would get banned.

o.O why? there's a chance to get banned, so if u get the Ref's u've to pay.. not only if u dont get banned, every refseller saying there's a chance to get banned.. use it at your own risk.

Ye, i know you pay for refs, but i want to know if you send like 7k RP as a gift there is a huge chance to get banned?
Is easy that riot would check your history ?
