v19 Action Slot problem

i've been trying to update a v15 source to have a v19 interface. so far it's been ok. but i got one problem regarding the Action slot. the effects and rotation is working fine. my problem is when you remove a skill. it will remove two skills and wont move the other skills up the queue. not sure if my explanation is clear. but here's a screen shot.

SOLUTION:

i've been playing with removeskillqueue function but its just getting worse. LOL.

Click Here To Register...] SOLUTION:  Spoiler found the thing that causes the problem. it's the lpShortcut->Empty(); in the ondropicon of the newskillslot class. i've been playing with removeskillqueue function but its just getting worse.
