its not a public bot, but the video is sped up so the bot looks much faster. Seems to be similar to EmuBot.

It's Generally Your basic Bot Scripts that you see on the left side at the top, Everything below it is just a list of the Running Machines... Those are the bots in use, The second part as to the windows is because this is a VM Client. It's relatively easy to do, but the CPU needed to do so is quite high. This is in no way special tho.
