Want to buy Diamond+ account - $300 budget.

Before posting your account here / adding me on skype there are a few MUST HAVES.

1. YOU MUST HAVE 30+ TBM.

2. It must be Diamond, I'd prefer Diamond 3+.

3. It must have 100+ Champions.

4. It must have all viable runes / at least 15 pages.

5. Must have a decent amount of skins, including a few rare - Please list them.

6. Must be on EUW.

and of course all information must be provided for account recovery ect.
