How to enter 9D US using another version

Does anyone know how to enter 9Dragons using an older version ?

You need to know the IP of the server you'd like to join. If you know it, download saweet's XRG changer (here on epvp) and then follow his instructions.

(Joining an other version from a different client is not recommended as it may cause instant crash with no error messages shown)

It still tries to update, there is any way to prevent it from updating?

no there isn't unless you can convince the client that it's version = server side version

but u can remove the contents manually

In order not to update you need to change "versioninfo.ini" files. Open it with notepad and the 2nd line will be this:

[patchversion]=1

Change 1 to 0.

This is what's inside:
[packagename]=OpenBetaX1
[patchversion]=254
[exever1]=0
[exever2]=6
[exever3]=0
[exever4]=122

Changing [patchversion] to 1 doesnt work, the game neither updates nor Start game button is clickable.
