Unranked/Gold/Plat Account + Refs

Hello guys,

I'm looking for
-an unranked account with 100 refs for around 50€ (EUW)
-a Gold/Plat Account with 100 Refs for around 80-100€ (EUW)

The acc should be just lvled up and boosted to the elo if it isn't unranked. The best would be if you have a serious shop which sells unraked/ranked accounts with refs.
All shops I found aren't active anymore, sold out on EUW or are too expensive compared to other shops.

Have a look, refs can be done afterwards.

Still looking, the best would be if the account is: unranked + 100 refs done

Like I said I would also buy a Gold or Plat account (Should have very less amount of loses) which has still the RP from the refs on it, that I can start smurfing.

But I still prefer the unranked account with the 100 refs done.
