K, so something that's been really pissing me off is the fact the my Co Client only comes with the textures and effects of blades and shit. Theres nothing for hammers, spears, clubs, bows etc. I would LOVE to know how to edit those other weapons. Cuz I srsly have no clue. I've tried lookin' trust me they're not in there =p

you need to extract 3dtexture.ini with a .wdf batcher

So EVERYTHING I need for every weapon is in 3dtexture? And I need a .wdf batcher?

not everything...

I can't even find the .wdf extractor.

K, this thing is complicating. Do you think you could explain how I can extract so I can edit more weapons? =\

(Someones gotta make a guide for this dayum Oo It would be popular >.>)

people have, its stickied too....and wtf is so complicated, you press extract since the directory is already there (/ini/3dtexture.ini) if this is to hard then modding isnt your thing

K dude...It's hard because I was looking at a program that I'd never seen before. And I did click extract and some bullshit came up saying there was an error or some stupid shit...Ill check exactly what it said but until then stop jumping to conclusions I wouldn't make a thread asking for help if I didn't need it.

//edit: Okay then.. I clicked extract and I got "Run-time error '76' Path Not Found."
There was like 2 files in the thing I downloaded too aye...batcher and extract..extract does nothing but make a black screen pop up for .2 seconds and batcher gives me that run-time error

well obviously the path is invalid, make sure it says /ini/3dtexture.ini and its in your main folder, not a sub folder

what i do is make a copy of co before extracting just in case ;)
09/16/2009 05:02 .Guru#12
haha, i got EVERY SINGLE co c3 file :) textures/meshes everything :D
09/16/2009 06:03 raidenx123#13
oh my so hard
09/19/2009 17:41 Jay1029#14
It does say /ini/3dtexture.ini and the batcher and extractor are directly in my main client folder with the c3, data, ini folders etc.. =\

//edit: K I got it...Now I have every c3 file! No more rubbing it in prot0type! lol
Pay attention to my edits page now, they will probably get better now that I actually have sh*t to work with.
