Usually u get a 2 week ban if u contact riot after getting banned for refs

i dont think they are allowed to take all your skins simply because they cant really prove it..

They see that all accounts are lvl 10 and all have been created in a few days. If this were real Refs they wouldnt level so fast in customs and only until lvl 10.
