Cast A9

Hello guys, I've been trying to get a9 to works, so far I got most of stuffs running but cast it shows start but after awhile, its not responding and saying some deadfront errors.

it didnt fix "autoly" lol. he reinstalled his SQL and enabled TCP connections (thats what you need to do). without it the servers wont connect to the database.

Having the same issue with A9 files. I could use some assistance with this error when opening the Cast server.

What's need to do, reinstall the sql ? anyone can suggest a better and good sql server ? *2008 \ 2012 \ 2000* ?

i don't know how you work with MSSQL but i use MSSQL 2014 and all works perfect, any way if you don't know how to turn on TCP/IP go to youtube and use option search :)

depending what sql used it can be on by default ... any ways go to sql server configuration
manager to turn on and off tcp, has port controls for mssql or mysql

Don't Forget to port forward to the static ip of your computer aswel ^^

dunna123 bad advice with forward SQL port or open. seesion no need forward sql port all can be done on internal IP 127.0.0.1 (local) no need static ip (external)

Wasn't meaning for SQL lol. Was meaning for login and channel port if he wanted to go public with a server


I mean for public use the port forwarding comes in effect, but for locally yeah your right 127.0.0.1. But still good idea for static IP for servers computer or vm so atlest you can use the server computers IP in the client if using an other PC to play the server locally
