account creation date?

go to ur email and find the date u created the account/received email about it

I guess no websites are allowed to show that anymore, since you can select that as security question while creating the account

No, unfortunately you can only find out the number which created account you are through the official League of Legends forum; for example, that your account is the 2.546.232 which was ever created, but that won't help you much.
