Also, for my opinion. Do what you want, however be aware of the possibilities.
If you want to make it public, which by all means you can if you want. Make sure that you know there will be people who don't want it public, and may hate you for that. Some people may get banned because of the bug and blame you, but it isn't your fault as it's against the DO T&C to use them for an advantage, along with this, it will get patched more quickly than it being private.
If you go into the UG (well, apply), you will get access to other private bugs/tools/discussions as well. This will slow down the process of it being patched, and you are still able to use the bug for your advantage.
Or, just keep it to yourself. No one else will know, unless they find it themselves. Just be sure, that no matter what anyone else says, stick with your decision.
Honestly, do what you want. Just be aware :)
