Avatar problem

I'm trying to upload this avatar to my profile and it just doesn't seem to work.

Hey,

because your file have 594,2 KB (608.458 Byte) and only 60kb is allowed.
I did reduce your file size to 60kb.

For the future, don't create avatar in CMYK, because for the web you'll need just RGB.
