[HELP]SQL Problem

Alright so i got this problem, me and a few friends are trying to setup a shaiya server and now i got some problems with the SQL, First i tried using SQL Server 2008 Express but the 2008 studio didn't install so i deleted it(i thought...) and installed 2005 and followes the guide witht he Omega files, Gr8 tut btw, and now i'm recieving this error when opening the Manage studio that it can only establish a connection to SQL 2000 or 2005 and not any later updates...

So here is a pic of it and can someone please help me with what to do? :/

You sure the SQL 2008 was removed properly and it's not trying to connect to that?

I'm using the 2012 version with Omega's files, works brilliant. :)

Make sure you properly removed everything.

Did you download SMSE for 2005?

Alright imma try using 2012 :) And i think i properly removed everything, atleast i can't find anything left from the 2008 :/

The picture says it all!
you just forgot to install SQL Server 2005.

The problem is that you downloaded SSMSE 2005 Service pack 1 while downloading SQLEXPR 2005 service pack 2, press on Help and About at the tab to check what service pack you are using.
Make sure both of them matches.

SQL 2012 may not work with your Database files. Make sure the Database can be used with 2012 before installing it.

I dont like SQL 2005 at all. I am using 2012 and 2008 r2 Express Edition. nothing else (:

Btw, SQL 2008 R2 Express Edition got some bugs. You have to find one working correctly or else you will run into some Issues while installing or after when trying to connect to it.
