Friend can't connect

Hello I have a little problem.
My friend cannot connect to my server.I mean he logs in fine but, when he is in char selection and selects a character it gets stuck on the loading screen. eventually going back to the login screen. Please help.

maybe ur tmap service (reg) isnt properly configured for everyone to play..

probably the firewall is blocking. disable it or open a new rule

Maybe you haven't forwarded port 5816 (map), or 3816 (world) correctly, or whatever ports are you using for map and world.

If u need help i can install the server and make it able to connect by other persons just tell me your skype
