UNBAN

[FONT="Comic Sans MS"]Hi my acc was banned 4 month ago for insult admins.can somebody help me about open my ship because is not my mistake somebody joın my acc and send message support inclueded insult so they banned me till 2015-01-10 22:35:07.
anybody know about unban or reduction time?

Here is how to:

1 Be polite.
2 From another account, send a formal apologize for what you did including your server and ID
3 Remember to explain what happened
4 Don't be an asshole.
