Ask your provider for a static ip
Use a vps that got a static ip
Use hamachi to get a static ip (vpn)

Search for a other dyndns provider but there are none of them so far i know

i do have a static ip addres but its been such a long time forgot how to set it all up lol i guess im getting to old.

well thought i needed it for a web site for poeple to register for game and to run my server but i guess not do you have an easyer way to chat besides this ?

yes ( a website with chatbox xD )

anyway
if you got a static ip , then you use that ip adress to configure the game

if you want a domain name , use dot.tk for example or just search for free domain names
they need to be pointed to ip adresses and because you got a static ip adress is that not a problem xD

so get a free domain name -> point to your ip adress ( dns )
your domain name now show your website that is running on your computer

for the game , configure the ip's as usual with your static ip adress

Just so you know, no-ip works well. Just know that you do need to sign into your account on the website every so often or it gets the host disabled, even the DUC is doing that anyways...
