About a Trade

ive done a couple of trades with a user and he decided try dispute on paypal and claim it. But he lost the claim and i got paid but i edited my tbm for him as -1 because of the claim. Do i need to change from -1 to +1 or can i leave as it is.

Note paypal gave me win cause of the evidence i showed not that he withdrew claim

If you have delivered what was agreed upon and the other party still initiated a dispute, the negative ratings seems perfectly justified.

thanks for the reply i will leave it as a -1 for now and will go to tbm support and provide whatever evidence needed if he decides to give me negative feedback as well
