ip/xp bug

I tried ip/xp bug and it was working.
1. your date and time change 01.01.2013
2. launch league of legends and you can see little error. press to yes.
you can see ip and xp boost

!!! this bug give rise to be punished your acc (permanent ban !!)

i got that error and login fine but where does it say ip n xp boost?

There should be an icon where it says IP Boost when you hover your mouse over it if you have an IP boost, I can guarantee that this isnt working.

I don't have ip boost but don't see ip boost anywhere, I guess it not working for me.

It wont work for anyone, just waste of time if you guys try.
