It's a really nice progress,the best I see since Elmo's server,and I see more progress at you than at him,but the questions are:
1)Do you have an aproximate date when you will open this?
2)With what you will host it?

it's not a date to open.. Server is online.. host? I have laptop 1tb
4gb ram.. and i could let it on all day and all night... But i have some problems... This SF have a lot of bug... The best bug is from skill... when i will find the resolve i will open server AS a PvP one... for a period to test... after then i will see what i will do

With what you will host it?Hamachi or what program?

It's not like this server is playable.. It's basically megabyte his project.
It is not worth a dedicated server yet.

yep it's right but all i want is to learn ... and if in a good final after i learn c++ and java and many things the server will be playtable i will open it :P

tbh, I think by the time you finally mastered c++ and java Megabyte will be already a few steps ahead of you. (If not finished). Just focus on the easier things that take alot of time to help megabyte instead of going solo. The more people working on the project the faster it'll be done.

megabyte is not one man... it's like many ppl in one.. I seen him how it work... i just joke... i've not see anything. Just the finish and it works =))

Megabyte is one person lol, the project (ts1) is being developed by more people.
But seriously doing everything solo with megabyte his files won't get you any futher than megabyte, best thing is that everyone works together. Megabyte did not release the files for someone to go solo, no he released them so people can help.
