Enchanting issue

I seem to have found another problem in my files I can't seem to find a fix for.

I'm suprised as normally I do not have bugs of this kind.

I cannot use any Lapisias. I have tried it with multiple types of gear, but the Lapisias won't stay in the Enchant Interface.

The one thing that may be related to this issue is changing the Server-side npcquest.sdata, considering NPC information are stored there.
I can link and repair just fine though, so I suppose there's a problem with the Lapisias itself.

The game.exe controls that, what game.exe are you using ?

This probably answers my question.
I am using my old 127.0.0.1 I've been using for all my Client modding Test Servers over the years, which seems to be EP4.0.

I'll hex edit myself a 4.5 one.

EDIT: Ep4.5 game.exe doesn't seem to fix it.
I cannot even assign Lapisias to another grade using shStudio,

I had a same problem few months ago and problem was in ps_game.exe try to change it with another one and see if it works.

Ps_game.exe was my second guess.

Can you provide me one? I have a couple, but unfortunately don't know to which Episode they belong,
