Question about GW1 and GW2

Does anyone knows if your achievement points from GW1 are possible to be transfered on GW2? And how?

you only get HoM points. every 5 HoM points you get 50 points in GW2

you use eotn in gw1 to put whatever titles u unlock in gw1 this in gw2 u get as acievements
