1.Download sockscap v2 free :[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and install it
2. Visit [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] or any other site that provides taiwanese ip`s)
3.Do the settings like in the following pic(if its not a user/pass protected proxy,untick Username/Password):

Attention:Use on your own risk!I got my account banned 20 minutes later after using this method.

This sockscap doesn't work on 64 - bit system. Vista <3

64bit can run 32bit programs, it's a 32bit can't run 64bit..

Right click go to compatibility, make it Windows XP SP3 ?? Try different versions till it works, I don't have Vista to test, sorry.

not working for me too..

As I said you need to find some working Ip`s and it will work.Try searching for easy2use proxies..

Guys dont try to play there anyway they will block your accounts when thay see english players.....
