How did elite change it .... ?

they have much better coders... thats the reason.
etsoft set the max drop to 30k cap so u must encrypt the files and so on then edit blabla and so on... so if they got better coders they CAN change thats the point ;)

as far i know elite didn't O.o im playing on x100 and the alz is still capped there
