ANNOYING ERROR [PLEASE HELP]

SO SINCE A LONG TIME I GET THIS ERROR , BUT I CANT SEE EFFECTS ON IT ,
I THINK THIS IS THE REASON THAT MY WEAPONS WHICH I ADD MOSTLY DO NOT WORK

SYSSER SAYS THAT
