EUW Bronze 3-5 Account

I'm looking for a EUW account, which is in Bronze 3-5. The account does not need many champions, but he should have Riven and Nidalee.
The account should not be hacked, so that the original owner could retake it.
Last week I bought a account, which got retaked after a week. This should not happen again, because I don't want to waste money again.
