vsro server connection problem

all server is online
connect, login pw... when apper captcha confirm number and nothing happens...
stay on request user confirmation...
anyhelp?

if disable firewall work fine ;S

blocked port: 15880, 15882, 15885, 15883, 32000, 8080, 1433, 3306, 445, 8010, 80
allowed port: 15779

if firewall on > stay in request user confirmation
if firewall off > work

allowed port: 15779, 15881,15884
