HackShield Error Please Help :(

Hi Guys I was Playing S4 League Properly and then I opened the patcher_s4 today i pressed start it says
Error
HackShield Update Failed (0x30000011)
Please Help Guys I reinstalled 5 times and disabled firewall and uninstalled antivirus and allowed hshield and s4client and patcher into firewall but still help

Download S4 League from Chip Online and install it.

try to update manually hackshield from the s4 folder, where u installed it.
u need to find: hsupdate.exe, start as admin then start s4

Screen it, or just type the error in the s4-league support system.

already posted 10000000 post all of solutions is not working and they closed the posts and this is the link

ive downloaded it from chip online but i run it as admin it says failed to execute game client error code =2
when i run it normal without admin it works but for 5 min without bypass or any hack

in s4 folder go to HShield then delete the file that call update after u delete it open HSUpdate :D

i have same Problem With HackSheild
i trying go fix this problem
in this way:
i went to S4 league folder
then went to HS folder
Deleted HSupadate
and restart the game
but not work for me ;///

please tell me how to fix?
