[HELP] Error PSM_Mgr

Hi all, i have an error today, i have edit my cash.sql and item.sql and when i have close my server, in PSM_Mgr i have my Login01 Unistall with red cross, i have test to delete or replace but the cross stay red, can you help me please ??? :/

(Sorry for my english, i am french)

the red cross have not to do with sql, be sure that the .ini and server files are all right

Where i can see all .ini and what is error possible ?

Now my PSM_Mgr are dead, when i start he stop auto, and login01 have red cross .. how i can fix it ?
