Question about MAA Force Drop

Hi I'm new here and I keep reading conflicting posts about force dropped items. What I do know is that you can't choose the item you want, but what I have heard is that you can force a random item to drop.

Anyway can you force drop items? If so how? Leethax does work but it forces a refresh

As you MAA players know it is help anyway especially grinding for something like 99 Party Tankards :/

dude its already patched on march 2014

force drop(inaudax method) will work if someone know where need to edit at ce.swf, it's outdated only, i can know where need to edit if someone give me a ce.swf from december without edits
