I need a macro program!

Hey there epvp!
I need a macro program that continuously can press a key(LCtrl) inside a game called "Tales Runner"
Any ideas where i can find such a program???

Not working :(
I start it and nothing happens in the game. I've done it exactly as it saids on site :(

Most Macro programs are blocked by the anti-cheat system.
