HELP How do i get the 5 Friends Reward!

So i have 5 friend bonus on darkorbit and i want to get the reward, how i do?

It says i have 5 bonus but i dont get the reward :(.

Are they all lvl 12?

Level 10.

Ah yea, I thought it was 12. Well uhm, if the accounts are not made and built on the same IP, I think you just have to get the rewards for it. You can also try to mail support ;)

They need to be lvl 12 if u want to receive the 25 Friends Package.
For 5 Friends they only need to be lvl 10.

Wait a day and if u still don't received the reward write to the support.
