last time i reformatted my computer now i need to full some information in but the mouse wont move its a optical usb one now i cant format it again what must i do now

Mouse isnt that needed when reformatting a computer.. You can use "tab" button as a substitute..
press tab button to select something
-you can see a dashed box around a selected menu
them press "enter" or "space bar" for ok..
