[Help]Quest

Hello,
I am adding double quests
kill tiger girl unique first quest kill tiger girl 5 times
second one kill tiger girl 3 times
but if player take the 2 quests in the same time
if he kill 1 unique it count in the 2 quests ..
i want to make it to count in 1 quest only ..
or i want to make the other quest invisible until i finish the first quest
like baronet .. you must finish kinght quest
to see baronet quest

please help ..
