S4L : Startprobs?

Heyo, wie's Thema schon sagt hab ich totale Startprobs mit S4 ..
Die meiste Zeit schließt es sich ständig nach 2-5min ohne einen Grund & wenn ich es mal geschafft hab & einen Raum joinen kann, dann bin nur ich in dem Raum - sehe niemanden, aber sie mich (oder sobald ich zB die Bridge zerstöre, sehen die Anderen im Raum das auch)..

Neuinstallation hat nach mehreren Versuchen nicht geklappt.
'ne Systemwiederherstellung auch nich (versuch war es wert)
& der Support hat sich auch noch nicht gemeldet..

Hat i-wer vll Lösungsvorschläge ?

Ahm.. my S4 crashed all the time after 2-5minutes without any reason and i don't know why..
& sometimes with little bit luck I can join a room, but I can't see anyone & when I start the game it's still the same. But when I destroy (example: the bridge) the other can see it too..

I already tried new installation (more then 3 times..and it doesn't works)
and also I tried a system recovery (still the same problem)
